Return & Refund Policy – Zen Mosaic Studio
Full Refunds: We can process a full refund if you request it 7 or more days before your scheduled class.
Partial Refunds: We can process a 50% refund for requests made within 2-6 days before your scheduled class.
No Refunds: No refunds will be processed on the day of your class.
Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your class once.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on variable conditions.
