Return & Refund Policy – Zen Mosaic Studio
Full Refunds: We can process a full refund if you request it 7 or more days before your scheduled class.
Partial Refunds: We can process a 50% refund for requests made within 2-6 days before your scheduled class.
No Refunds: No refunds will be processed on the day of your class.
Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your class once.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on variable conditions.

Schedule and Location Changes
Zen Mosaic Studio reserves the right to modify the workshop date, time, or location up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, if necessary due to operational or venue-related reasons.
